Our new Waterbury social hour

Announcing a new in-person French social hour—in Waterbury!
Are you a Francophone Central Vermonter wishing for a French social hour that’s closer than Burlington? Good news–we’re starting a new one in Waterbury.
We’ll meet for the first time on February 15, 5:30pm-7:00pm. The plan is to meet monthly, most likely mid-month.
The venue for the first meeting is Blackback Pub, 1 Stowe Street, on the second floor. (Enter through the door on Stowe Street or the one on Main Street, then take the stairs.) It seems quiet enough for conversation, and its food and drink menu seems decent and should suit most of us.
If this location/time doesn’t work for people, we’ll investigate other places for future meet-ups.
