Mardi Gras Party

Join a Mardi Gras party at the Hotel Vermont in Burlington!
The party will feature live music and dancing. Yankee Chank and Point Noire Cajun Band will perform danceable Cajun and Zydeco sets throughout the evening, mostly waltzes (slow tunes) and a 2-steps (faster tunes).
Refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
The party is presented by Young Tradition Vermont at Vermont Folklife and Hotel Vermont, with support from the Vermont Family Network and others.
Mardi Gras masks and costumes are encouraged. Masking for COVID is optional. Mardi Gras masks with COVID masking are ideal!

This event will benefit the Tom Sustic Fund, established to support a bone marrow transplant. Any donations to that fund will be entered in a raffle for two $65 tickets to the annual Ice Bar at Hotel Vermont on March 3 or 4. The raffle drawing will be done at the end of the evening on February 21, 2023.
