Pause-Déjeuner: Cara Black Discusses Her Latest Mystery

May 19, 2022 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

It is with great pleasure that AFLCR brings to our members a very special presentation in English by Cara Black, New York Times best-selling author of 20 books in the Aimee Leduc private investigator series, all of which are set in different arrondissements of Paris. Ms. Black is also the author of the thriller “Three Hours in Paris”, is nominated for several Anthony & Macavity Awards, and her books have been translated into German, Norwegian, Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian and Hebrew. Ms. Black is a great friend of the AFUSA Federation and is a very popular speaker with AF’s all around the country.

For our own AFLCR, Cara will be speaking about her most recent Aimee Leduc novel, “Murder at the Porte de Versailles” where Aimee gets entangled in a dangerous web of international spy craft and terrorist threats in Paris’ 15th arrondissement. Bienvenue, Cara!

Members who may be interested in purchasing this or other Aimee Leduc novels should contact Phoenix Books in Burlington, VT, who will offer any AFLCR member a 10% discount on their order. Merci, Phoenix Books!
