This conversations between sister cities Burlington and Honfleur concerns the COVID-19 pandemic. The city of Honfleur set up
a “Click and Collect” e-commerce platform to help nonessential local merchants deal with mandated COVID
restrictions/closings imposed on their businesses and maintain their customer base.
