2026 Annual Meeting

The AFLCR's 2026 annual membership meeting will be held on February 22 from 2pm to 4pm in the Classroom at the Main Street Landing Performing Arts Center, located at the corner of Main and Battery Streets in Burlington. Among other business items, we will be electing several new board members. We must have a quorum of members for the meeting to be legitimate, so please do try to attend.

We are  looking for members to serve on the board, especially those with a background in finance, marketing, or event organizing. Prior service on a nonprofit board is desirable but not necessary. If you are interested and would like more information about what board service involves, please write to president@aflcr.org.

If you are unable to attend in person, you may join the meeting via Zoom (a link will be provided). You may also vote on issues at the meeting by designating a proxy—that is, another AFLCR member who will attend the meeting.

To designate a proxy, simply notify the AFLCR secretary at secretary@aflcr.org. Include your proxy's name, as well as your own telephone number or email address. Proxy designations must be received at least a week prior to the meeting date.
