A rich selection of films in French at the 2015 Vermont International Film Festival!

Once again, the Film Festival features an interesting selection of films this year:

  • Saturday, 10/24 at 1:45pm: On the Edge (Au bord du monde) is a fantastic documentary about the homeless population in Paris. The screening in the festival is also a fundraiser for the COTS organization.
  •  Sunday, 10/25 at 3:45pm and Tuesday, 10/27 at 10:15am: Once in a Lifetime  tells the story of an unruly and diverse class of students who must learn to collaborate when their teacher enters them into a scholastic competition centered around Holocaust studies. Meaghan Emery from UVM will be facilitating a post-screening discussion at Tuesday’s screening.
  •  Wed 10/28 at 8:15pm and Friday 10/30 at 3:15pm: Francois Ozon’s latest film, The New Girlfriend.
  • Sunday 10/25 at 8:30pm and Sunday 11/1 at 5:00pm: Tu Dors Nicole, from Quebec. The director,  Stéphane Lafleur, will be in attendance at the first screening on 10/25.

We hope to see there!
